Senior Development Manager Required in Dubai

We are looking for a senior development manager for our property development company based in Dubai.

The Senior Development Manager contributes to the company’s success by providing strategic planning, project management, and financial oversight in new build development projects while maintaining the highest standards of excellence in terms of quality.

Skills & Experience:

BA/BS degree in Engineering, Project Management, Real Estate Development, Construction, or related field.
Should have a good track record with Dubai residential projects.
Experience working in a client-side real estate development environment.
Understanding of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation and project management.
Business analysis skills, with the ability to foresee issues, develop constructive solutions and provide decisive recommendations.
