F&B Operations Manager Required in Dubai
Coordinate with Project manager regarding status of Staff allocation, any recruitment needs, procurement of supplies, etc.
Interact with the whole team regularly to have a full understanding of customers feedback, delivery improvement, issues, and appropriate plans for project progress.
Review product range constantly to ensure that all key quality standards are maintained upon serving to customers
Maintain the F&B Management invoices and journals, manage and monitor expenditure associated with catering equipment repair, manage the asset register, and assist in budget setting each business review with management
Diploma in business administration/management or any related courses
At least 15 years of total experience in F&B industry and has been on the same role within GCC for at least 5 years
Experience from catering companies or cloud kitchens is an advantage
Immediate joiners will be prioritized
